Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project lifecycle activities from initiation through closure
  • Work with key stakeholders to prepare a Project Management Plan that describes the overall scope, deliverables, organization, high-level schedule, and associated project management documents: charter, blueprint, procurements, communication plan, risk and issue register, etc.
  • Build trusting client relationships
  • Create and manage a project schedule to identify when tasks are scheduled to be performed and their status
  • Responsible for planning and managing capital and expense project budget.
  • Track and report the financial status of the project regularly to the key stakeholders
  • Track and report on project milestones; provide stakeholders with a regular project status
  • Lead needs analysis, requirements gathering sessions with business
  • Responsible for capital and expense project budget. Assist the business in capital and expense planning for projects as well.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Automotive/Manufacturing Industry experience (practical hands-on experience)
  • Prior experience managing software development projects (Portal, Java, J2EE, SAP, etc)
  • Eight (8+) plus years of solid and proven project management experience
  • Ten (10+) plus years of IT related experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills; ability to plan, manage, and lead all aspects of the project lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project is a must)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead team members and work in a team-oriented environment

Title: Senior Web Developer

Require a web developer to enhance/develop Business applications

Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of project manager, work with Business and technical consultants to define business requirements, design, enhance/develop and test Business applications
  • Responsible for implementing changes into production, and supporting the solutions until transitioned to application support team

Required Qualifications

5 -7 years of experience in the following skills

  • Web technology: HTML, Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, JDBC

Title: OBIEE System Admin

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of overall data warehousing/reporting experience
  • Demonstrated experience with the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition suite of tools, with preferred strength in System Administration, RPD development, Answers, Dashboards and BI Publisher
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Hyperion
  • Interactive Reporting (formerly Brio) with preferred strength in Hyperion system administration, Javascript and bqy report development

  • Develop Mappings and Mapplets extensively using Informatica Designer tools including Source Analyzer, Target Designer, Mapping Designer, Mapplet Designer, and Transformation Developer to load the inbound fixed width files from the Openlane vendor to datawarehouse
  • Develop interface to manage movement of data from OpenLane to BDS (data store)
  • Use Perl script to receive files from datax location to Informatica repository. Use transformations including Source Qualifier, Aggregator, Expression, Lookup, Filter, Router, Update Strategy and Joiner to load data from inbound file to staging, Persist data in Persistent Staging Area (PSA)
  • Handle the slowly changing dimensions SCD type 1, SCD type 2 and keep track history. Track changes and versions of Data Model intact
